Car Alarms: Silencer Auto security system, 96 saturn sc2, auto security system

I have a 96 Saturn SC2 with a Silencer security system installed, about 2 years ago it started locking and unlocking the doors intermittly, now it won't do it at all. When it disconnect and reconnect the battery the horn alarm activates (the remote button will shut it off). Can you help me diagnose this and or tell me where I can get the installation and or trouble shooting guide.
