Car Alarms: Karr Alarm System, turning the key, honda accord

I have a 97 Honda Accord that I bought two years ago, I never new that there was and alarm on the car. So just last week my wife left the headlights on and drainded the battery, once this happen the alarm has been acivated and it won't shut off. I tried turning the key in the door in the ignition, but nothing seems to work. I found a remote under the seat and it does light up when pushed but the alarm won't stop... HELP!
