Car Alarms: Disabling or resetting a Prestige auto alarm, car alarm installation, prestige auto

My battery went down and my girlfriend tried to get the car jump started.  When they hooked up the cables the alarm went off and every since then the car wont start.  The dealer that installed it many years ago and gone out of business and I need to reset it or disable it.
