Car Alarms: viper alarm, designtech, kidwell

2 years ago I purchased a 92 corvette conv as a collector car it has a aftermarket viper alarm the person I bought it from had the same problem we can not disconnect it. Consequently it continues to drain my battery and subsequently killed my alltinator. I cannot locate any valet or fuse shutoff all I Know is the remote fcc#ezsdei475.  I dont need alarm how do I terminate thx
