Car Alarms: car alarm, 1995 bmw 740il, rattler alarm

Hi, I have a 1995 BMW 740iL and recently the car alarm has been going off for no reason. The next morning, I try to turn on my car and it won't start. I tried jumping the car and charging the battery but it doesn't work. The electricity works in the car, just the car won't start. I think there might be an aftermarket alarm installed in my car, the rattler alarm, and i turned the key all the way and within 5 seconds i held the valet button under the dash and the red light does not come on. So I have no idea how to start my car now, it's already been sitting parked for about 3 days, and everyday I try to turn it on, but it won't. Please help.
