Car Alarms: 95 Acura Legend Car Alarm Malfunction, original remotes, keyless entry system

I recently read a post about a '93 Acura Legend and have a similar problem whereby my stock alarm will go off without any apparent trigger, or will be triggered by the unlocking of either driver-side or passenger-side door when unlocked with a key. My car has the same symptoms, horn is sounded, lights flash, red anti-theft blinks.  I don't have keyless entry.  Is the wiring that you explained in the previous post the same for the '95 acura and would you suggest splicing and grounding for my model as well?  I took it to a mechanic about a year ago and he charged me $100 and told me that he wasn't figuring out the problem.

You will need either the original remotes, or
add an after market keyless entry system to make the factory
alarm function. It is part of the locking mechanism,
and is dependent on one another.

There is no simple way to de activate the OEM system.
