Car Alarms: Viper 5900 alarm/remote start, grand cherokee limited, hazard lights

I just had the Viper 5900 installed on my 05 Grand Cherokee Limited and when I use the remote start feature my hazard lights blink until I enter the car and put the key in.  Is there anything I can do to stop my hazard lights from going off while its running?
