Car Alarms: After market alarm in Chrysler 300C Hemi wont allow FOB key to start car., chrysler 300c hemi, dashboard light

Question
Recently purchased this vehicle from a dealership that went out of business in CA. It was shipped to my residence in the midwest.  The car has remote start, a factory installed alarm and this after marketalarm.  I was told that this after market alarm is a Chapman alarm. No literature regarding this alarm came with the car and the dealership no longer is in business to help. It is mounted on the left, underside of the dashboard and has a blinking blue light.  Here is my problem, the car starts via remote  from the FOB key.  However, when I get in the car and try to start the car, all the lights on the dashboard light, but no luck with starting the car.  I would like to disable this alarm AND remove it from the car.  I hope you can help.

Regards,  Dave

Sorry, no easy way on this vehicle
for a novice to do it correctly without
guidence.

Good luck.
