i just bought a 03 ford explorer and it has a factory alarm and car starter the starter only runs for 10mins at a time can i and how do i reprogram it to run longer?

Using the remotes, go to a site like remotesunlimited.com
to identify what you have.

Then try to get the manual
so you can make the setting changes
needed to extend the cycle time.
