i'm installing this alarm in my cousins truck and after connecting everything the alarms fails to start. the l.e.d. light will light up and then fade off. i confirmed all the connections. i changed the brain of the alarm and it still did the same thing. what else could cause this?

You need to bypass the immobilizer in the ignition.

Ok, you will need to bypass the PATS system using
the IM04 PKFORD bypass module
to render the Ford's ignition fuel rail
cut off circuit inert for remote start purposes.

2 programmed ignition keys are required to
program this module.
