Car Alarms: Viper Car Alarm, viper alarm system, keyless entry systems

I have a 98' Honda Odyssey with a viper alarm system. It has a Viper alarm system with remore start. The remotes aren't working (good batteries), its in alarm mode, and the car won't start. And I think the valet switch isn't working. Can I disable the hole thing. Or do you have a better solution?
