Car Alarms: auto start on 99 subaru forester, jot down, subaru forester

we have a 4 button remote for 99 forester. Its says valet on it. one button for unlock; one for lock; one that is yellow; and one that says aux. It has an auto start as we accidentally started it one time by playing with the buttons. What buttons or sequence has to be pushed to get it to auto start? Thanks

Answer
It may be the last or, 4th button on the remote.
Press and hold it to see if it starts the car,
and repeat to turn it off.

But just know it probably will be a 2 to 3 second press to engage
the starter. Could be 2 buttons together on some systems.

When you do figure it out, jot down
the procedure for the future :>)
