Car Alarms: valet car alarm/starter w/hyundai santa fe, hyundai santa fe, keyless entry systems

My girlfriend has a Hyundai Santa Fe 05 with a Valet car alarm/starter installed and recently the starter stopped working. The alarm and lock/unlock still work and the lights flash when doors are unlocked however when you try to start the car nothing happens. The lights don't even blink when you try to start it, any help would be appreciated
