Car Alarms: Banshee car alarm, alarmtek, wire colors

We have a banshee car alarm that came with our 1988 Ford Ranger.  The alarm drains the battery so if we go more than a day or so without driving it, the battery runs out.  We have taken the truck to several places to have the alarm removed and no one can help us.  We don't need the alarm and really want it out.  What do we do??
