Car Alarms: hyundai tiburon car remote, hyundai tiburon, 2003 hyundai tiburon

Hello, i recently lost my factory given remote to my 2003 Hyundai Tiburon and ordered a new one off of ebay. The new remote needs to be programmed to work on my tiburon but i don't know how to do it. Do i need to take it to the dealer?
