Car Alarms: Prestige Auto Start needs to be reprogrammed., google search, prestige auto

Question
I have a Prestige auto start that I think needs to be reprogrammed. Last week I spent the day cleaning out the truck, long story I killed the battery. This wasn't the first time however I've never had a problem with my auto start. This time howeever, I had a hard time even jumping the truck. All is well now however the buttons on my remote don't do what they use to. Instead of auto start, the alarm goes off, to unlock doors, I only get the flashing parking lights. I lost my paperwork and can't remember to reprogram.

The remote has 4 buttons, 1)Lock 2) Unlock 3) Auto start/ trunk & 4) Option?
