Car Alarms: Auito Re-Arm, resident technicians, black cobra

Hi I have installed a Black Cobra speaking alram system. But the auto re-arm doesn't seem to work. I dis-arm the system by using the remote and normally if the door is not opened it should re-arm itself after about 20 secs. But this is not the case. What have I done wrong or how can I re-solve the issue? Please advise. Thank you.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
