Car Alarms: camry 2000 factory alarm problem., resident technicians, remote starter

Hi,
I installed a remote starter w/remote door unlock on a Camry 2000 with factory alarm.  I have connected the unlock/lock cables to the cables on the lock/unlock button on the driver's door. When I unlock the door with the original remote, no problem. When I unlock/start the car with the remote starter's remote, once every 10 time or so (randomly), the alarm goes off, and I have to manually (with the key) unlock the door to stop it.

I have tried connecting the remote starter's "disarm" feature to the disarm wire, with no results.

Any clue ?

this system and can not advise you properly.
