Car Alarms: karr 4040 alarm, scion tc, door locks

I replaced the battery and my car will not respond to anything. the battery is good(headlites work, but no starter,no windows, door locks ect,,, I am a small dealer who took this 07 scion tc in trade. can i reset or just bypass this system? thanks Doug
