Motorcycle Repair: Throttle Sleeve, throttle sleeve, throttle grip

Question
I have a 2004 Road King Police. How do I replace the throttle sleeve with a
nicer HD one?

Answer
First, you locate the cable adjuster ont he throttle. Loosen it so you have play in the cable. remove the topp cover over the throttle and inside you will see how the cable are attached. remove the cables and instll the new throttle grip and install the cover. then you have to adjust the cables back. Adjust then so there is a little play in them
