Car Alarms: alarm in an 89 audi, car wont start, audi 200

Question
I have an 89 Audi 200 Turbo, theirs is a factory anti theft system in it. when ever I open the driver door it goes off and the car wont start. after pulling the fuse or waiting over night the car will then start but then the alarm goes off. is their anyway I can disconnect the alarm so its like I never had it?
