Car Alarms: compustar alarm, resident technicians, trouble code

Hello i just recently put a 2way compustar alarm/remote starter in my 1999 audi a4, however the remote start does not work the trouble code says reservation mode is off I cannot seem to set the reservation mode the way it says in the manual also the siren goes off when i start the vehyicle with the key. everything else works and i dunno what to do.

my resident technicians there can assist
with this project. I don't know enough
on this system to advise you properly.
