Car Alarms: Viper car starter, keyless entry systems, car alarms

The pad suddenly quit locking and unlocking the car and will not start it either . The batteries are good in the pads and the battery in the car is new . The car is a 97 T-Bird . The lites do not show any activity on the car either .
