Car Alarms: 2005 Scion XB, scion xb, remotes

I have a 2005 scion XB the alarm goes off sometimes when using the remotes to unlock the doors.  It is a factory alarm that came on the car when new.  Toyota has replaced the alarm kit and the two remotes and it still does it at random.  It has been at the dearler ship for a week and it has not done it once for them. Do you have any suggestions they don't have a clue and I'am tired of being without my car.  Hope you can help.
