Car Alarms: Trying to identify, resident technicians, remote starter

Trying to identify what appears to be a alarm/entry/remote starter unit that is installed in a 1990 Celica. What appears to be a model number on the control module is A-RT22M, followed by "for manual transmission only" On the PCB inside the module is SC1250A. No identifying marks on the outside of the transmitter. Inside on the PCB is SC1250A. Can you please identify this unit so I may figure out how to make it function properly.

with this project.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features, or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
