1997 gmc yukon, has a crank but no start, no ignition problem.  Have no info on this system, where or how can I obtain this info?

The trouble here Bill is that after market starter kill
would not allow for the "crank" either.
If it was "turn on key, and nada.", then you would
have a simpler solution. Also, the vehicle you have
was made just before PASSLOCK was introduced to these trucks.
Your situation appears to elude to the idea your
truck has it. Interesting. Your trck may have been
included in the PASSLOCK roll out.

That would make this an issue you will
need to attend to immediately, or the fuel rail will shut
off completely and a visit to GM will be required for
resetting.

As far as the Excalibur, go to www.caralarms.com
and see if they can assist, but again, it's unlikely
to solve your issue.
