Car Alarms: Viper 480, keyless entry systems, chevy tahoe

Question
I have a viper 480 on my chevy tahoe and the remote works sometimes. Sometimes i can arm it after i sit there for 10-15 min.s continuously press the arm button and it's the samething when i want to disarm it. My installer at Canal Audio can't seem to fix it. Need help. Thanks.
