Car Alarms: factory car alarm, nissan frontier, door locks

I have 2001 nissan frontier supercharged.  Whenever I lock the doors my factory alarm activates.  My alarm then randomly goes off, and starts honking and lights begin blinking. It left alarm it will continue to randonly "go off" until the batery is drained or I unlock the doors.  I am looking to find out how to turn off my alarm so I can lock my doors without having it activiate.

The door locks are part of the security system in this
truck. When you say "goes off", does this alarm have a
honking car horn, and flashing headlights, or
is it a siren and the parking lights?

My trouble here is if it's the factory system,
then you can disable it by locating the disarm
wire and grounding.

If it's the siren and parking lights, then it's after market,
and is miswired.
