Car Alarms: disconnect car alarm, delta 88, windows lock

I want to disconnect a carbine mobile system in a 95 olds. delta 88.  Sometimes the motor quits,the doors lock and the windows lock,and I suspect this is the reason. can you help me? Al This happened to my wife on the freeway. thanks.
