Car Alarms: Clifford 6000, keyless entry systems, valet mode

Question
I need to know how to turn back on the chirp sound and alarm siren through the star and blank button control panel, put by the installer years ago. my kids were playing with the two little button. My car no longer chirps when I turn on the alarm and the siren does not go off. The remote start works and I can put it into valet mode.Please help
