Car Alarms: please help, ford expedition, car alarm

How you doing? I have an 2000 ford expedition with an astra car alarm. the alarm had got water all on it and the led blue light wont go off nor does it respond to the car. I tried to dry it out, and the led light stood on and respond to car once. i have remove the battery numerous times, and one was saying it needs to be reset, but i have no idea what to do, i have no idea what 5 buttons or codes to reset it, what can I do?

You should open the under panels, take out the alarm and REALLY dry
it out. Then go to www.scytek.net and get the manual
to try resetting the valet on it so the lights will work correctly and the system goes beac to normal.
