Car Alarms: 08 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Alarm Issue, 2008 toyota highlander, toyota highlander hybrid

Shortly after purchasing my 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, the vehicle experienced hail damage which required body work. Since the car came back from the body shop I have been experiencing the following problem with the alarm.
When locking the vehicle with either the key fob or the exterior door handle "lock" button, the alarm arms and chirps/honks once. However, within 10-20 seconds, the horn honks four times in quick succession (which is annoying).  The car stays locked, but I would like to stop this from happening.  
Does the alarm need to be reset? And if so, how do I accomplish that?

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features, or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
