Car Alarms: Disconnecting a STARGARD Security System, 95 mazda millenia, mazda millenia

I have a 95 Mazda Millenia with a Stargard Security System that has failed, completely shutting down my ability to start the car or put it in gear.  How can the system be disconnected?
