Car Alarms: Car alarm keeps going off by itself, shock sensor, ford expedition

Hello. I have a scytek astra 4000rs-2w-1 alarm installed on my 2001 ford expedition. Im having the problem where my alarm keeps going off when there is no one around. I checked the battery and replaced it just in case and that did not help. I also checked the shock sensor and im able to give the windows a firm knock before it goes off. Is there any way I can fix this??? please help

Hard to say just what the trouble is without inspection.
Try to unplug the shock sensor for 48 hours to see if it is
the culprit. If the alarm still is acting up, then
you will want to look at the door trigger wire to see
if you are on the correct one, and it is not misconnected.
