Car Alarms: Rattler car Alarm, rattler car alarm, keyless entry systems

Question
I put my car in the shop for repair and they set off the car alarm and before I could get up there to show them where the kill switch was, they got into the dashboard and disconnected the alarm system. Now the car will not start. There is power to the car. All the lights turn on and the radio comes on but no power going to the distributor to start the car. When I spoke with someone at the alarm shop that installed it, they said the anti-theft within the system was activated and thus caused the car to not start. How do I get this deactivated so the car will start. Any help is greatly appreciated.
