Car Alarms: clifford G5 Arrow5, clifford g5, keyless entry systems

Question
My car has a clifford  g5 model arrow5. I had the battery in my car taken out and reinstalled.  Now, everytime i turn on my car, the lights in the front and back keeps on turning on and off with a clicking noise.  It's like i have my emergency lights on but i'm really not.  This goes on even after i have parked and turned off the car.  The alarm still turns on and off when i use the key.  I don't know what to do.
