Car Alarms: Astra A-4002 Car Alarm/Starter, alarm starter, auxiliary control

Hello: We put our car alarm on last night. Now we can't turn it off - thus cannot drive the car. The place where we had it installed cannot see us till Friday!!!! We have tried with the main control and the auxiliary control. But nothing. The LCD light comes on, for both controls. But nothing comes from the car - e.g.; lights flashing.

 Please see & download the pdf file on
that system at www.scytek.net , and look up
over ride mode to start with.

Specifically, the procedure to go into
and out of valet/overide mode with the antenna
"call" button, or in some cases, a black
under dash button if the install chose to
use that option.

The procedure should be key in the ignition, turn on,
just before cranking, then press and hold in
the Call button in the antenna, for 6 to 8 seconds until
a chirp is heard. That would be reset & the car
should start. You would repeat these
steps to go back into user mode.

If not, a tech will need to look
into it for you.
