Car Alarms: VIPER 791XV PROBLEMS, keyless entry systems, honda accord ex

I HAVE A 1996 HONDA ACCORD EX AND FOR SOME REASON MY ALARM WILL NOT UNLOCK OR LOCK MY DOORS...IT WILL ARM IT AND THE ALARM WILL GO OFF LIKE NORMAL, BUT IT JUST WONT UNLOCK MY DOORS...PLEASE HELP ME
