Car Alarms: 2004 chevy impala, keyless entry systems, chevy impala

everything works fine with my viper 771xv except my service vehicle soon light came on ever since i hooked up the parking light wire. the parking lights work and i know theres a way to hook that wire up so the service light doesnt come on please help me out
