Car Alarms: door click on and off, 2001 lexus is300, lexus is300

Question
i have a 2001 lexus is300 with a viper 791 remote start system every now and then when the car is off and i unlock the doors the locks lock back closed and sometimes they click open and close several times like a pulse however when i start the car the locks and alarm work fine but sometime when i drive and i step on the brake or turn on my indicator the lock open and close with the frequency of the indicator  or when i step on the brake . im thinking maybe there is a voltage drop somewhere or there a ground somewhere or maybe a malfunction diode but any help will be appreciate . also then clicking has damage my driver side door lock so i have to open it manual but once i open it with the key i can unlock the doors with the viper alarm key
more info: factory alarm still active
          when it rains or after a car wash it tend to click more offen then a dry day
