Car Alarms: Pursuit Alarm, resident technicians, gmc sierra

I have a 2003 GMC Sierra with a Pursuit alarm on it. I bought the truck used and do not have a manual for the alarm. It has worked fine until yesterday when it quit locking or unlocking the doors and when I use the auto start the truck starts for about a second and then dies. It does this 3 times and then quits. Whenever I push the lock or unlock buttons the parking lights light up like they always have but the doors do not lock or unlock. If I set inside the truck and try the lock/unlock buttons I can hear a clicking under the dash. Can the alarm be reset or has it gone bad and needs to be replaced?
