Car Alarms: Disarming factory alarm, 95 mazda mx6, mazda mx6

I have a 95 Mazda MX6 that came with a factory alarm, however, in a couples of weeks I'll be installing a keyless entry system.  I heard of having the need of a transponder bypass module.  Is there some kind of way of to shut off my alarm without splitting the wires or purchasing a module?

Answer
There is no immobilizer in a 95 MX6, so that will not be an issue.
It does have a noise generating, headlight flashing system
that can be interupted using an after market system though.
It will require splicing into wires though.
