Car Alarms: hornet alarm, support inquiry, responce

i have a hornet alarm, all of a sudden the beep when arming and dissarming my alarm has stopped,also the flashing red light that is inside the car when it is armed, this red led light comes on and stays on as soon as i switch off the ignition please help?????
