Car Alarms: 94 intrepid factory alarm follow up question, walmart parking lot, dash area

Hi there i was browsing your past answers and found my problem, my 94 intrepid's factory alarm wont shut off even using the key in the doors and ignition and the person who sold it to us had already lost the key tag remote thingy. My husband grounded out the light green/orange wire as explained in your answer but the crazy thing is still going off. The only other advice we've had is dealer saying to get it towed in there and they will reset it, but would like it disabled completely and to find something more economical than towing it but its been sitting in the Walmart parking lot for two days now and any help at all would be soo much appreciated?! Thanks in advance just for reading this.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
(doubtfull since none of the notes show this
car as having a factory alarm system)=FACTORY

Or,

is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
going off?= AFTER MARKET?
