Car Alarms: Remote Starter, double flash, s programming

Question
Hi, our 2006 Sebring has a Prostart 3200 installed in it and the other day the truck lid was left open resulting in a dead battery. Now the remote starter won't function. I just get a single flash followed by a double flash then nothing.I also don't get any reaction from the hood pin so that i could possibly reset the unit. Any ideas?

The transponder bypass module used for remote start
probably lost it's programming when the battery drain occured.
Take it into the nearest car alarm shop and have them
reprogram the tranponder bypass module that was used
to allow for remote starting.
