Car Alarms: factory alarm malfunction, nissan altima, crimestopper alarm

Hello i have a 2002 nissan altima. i tried to install a crimestopper alarm myself. The problem that happened is that when i was testing the doorlock wires, first it had a constant negative running through the driver door lock wire and what i did was apply 12volt positive to to that wire.  So the problem now is that the driver side does not lock.  It unlocks normally but does not unlock.  The rest of the doors lock and unlock fine.  I think i burned a circuit i dont really know.  I appreciate if i get a response please i cant find a solution myself.  Please advice.
