Car Alarms: 99 Cadillac Eldorado, cadillac eldorado, eldorado ok

Question
Ok here is the whole story.  I've installed an audiovox alarm on my 99 Cadillac Eldorado.  As the guy was installing the alarm my interior lights would not come on for some reason.  So he couldn't use the interior lights as a trigger for the alarm so he had to wire each door separate.  After the install what I noticed was after locking my vehicle at random my door locks would not unlock with the transmitter.  I would have to put my key in and open this way and when I opened the doors it would be no interior lights on until I cut the engine on.  After not being able to reach the installer I decided to switch back to my factory alarm.  At the same time my driver side window motor went out and one day I couldn't unlock/disarm my factory alarm.  I replaced the battery in my transmitter and viola!  It cut on and worked...so I thought it was the battery.  Until today it happened again.  I click on the transmitter and don't get nothing but low sounding clicks.  I can open my doors without the alarm sounding cause I guess he disabled the doors from the aftermarket install...but when I go to cut the car on, the alarm sounds.  Is there any way to fix this?  I will not use the factory alarm, nor the aftermarket until this thing is professionally installed if i get my car started.  Thanks for any help on this.

Answer
Start from scratch Marcus.
I am not there to inspect it, but I would get it
out of there, get the money back from the hack who
did it, and get it done elsewhere.

Too many variables here to go into when
the system is done wrong,
especially in GM cars and trucks.
Why go through hours of trouble shooting?

Start over and get it done right.
