Car Alarms: automate remote doesnt work, programming issues, vehicle battery

hi,  i have automate 2way FM LCD (with 4 buttons)remote starter security syst. After i disconnect my vehicle battery and place it back. My remote stop working.. i cant do anything with it, cant even lock or unlock the doors and the led lights stays on all the time.  please let me know how to reset or reprogram the remote..
