Car Alarms: malfunction of pursuit car alarm, model PRO-9342FT3, resident technicians, other vehicles

THIS SYSTEM IS INSTALLED IN A 1967 XKE.  RECENTLY THE SYSTEM MALFUNCTION ON IT OWN WITH SYMPTOMS OF LIGHTS FLASHING BUT NO ALARM HORN.  WOULD NOT REACT TO REMOTE COMMANDS OR WITH VALET/IGN. SWITCH  HAVE REMOVED FUSES.  WOULD LIKE TO RETAIN SYSTEM AS HAVE OTHER VEHICLES WITH SAME UNITS.  CAN SYSTEM BE RESET OR ALTERNATIVELY WHERE CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT UNIT OR HAVE THIS REPAIRED?  THANKS  WALT BANKS
