Car Alarms: clifford auto immobilizer, plymouth voyager, auto immobilizer

Question
i have a 1996 plymouth voyager with a clifford auto immobilizer. yesterday when i inserted the key the light did not go out. i noticed the hole where the key is inserted looked to be pushed in. i couldn't get the car started so i took the screws out to drop the light/keyhole
device and opened it and found the piece broken off the circuit board. i put the piece on the key and touched it on the board where i suppose to go and the light went off and i could start the car. the problem is i need to disconnect the system because i can't start the car like that and i am afraid it won't start again or i'll eventually fry the board. i appreciate any advice you can give me. thanks lou

Answer
Sorry, I don't do the support for those
systems here. Try www.directed.com or,
I refer these folks to either my forum
at www.installsupport.com or, I even have a
couple of guys at sales@tampacaralarms.com or,
ctursi@optonline.net , who might be able
to offer some insight.

Both good guys and they will treat
you right..

Sorry I could'nt be of more service.
